By registering, making a payment, or participating in our Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. ABOUT CLASSATHOME
ClassAtHome is an educational service operated by Kekeli Buckner Agency in partnership with Blossom Kids LBG, both entities registered and operating in the Republic of Ghana. ClassAtHome provides online supplementary education and homeschool support services to children and families across Ghana and the diaspora.
Our services are delivered digitally via Microsoft Teams and other approved platforms. By accessing or using ClassAtHome, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Kekeli Buckner Agency under these Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS
“We”, “Us”, “Our” — Kekeli Buckner Agency and Blossom Kids LBG, operating as ClassAtHome.
“Parent” / “You” — The adult guardian who registers and manages a child’s account on the ClassAtHome platform.
“Student” / “Child” — The minor enrolled in ClassAtHome classes under a parent’s account.
“Service” — All online classes, homeschool support sessions, and educational content provided by ClassAtHome.
“Affiliate” — A current, active paying parent who participates in the ClassAtHome Affiliate Programme.
“Referral Code” — A unique coupon code assigned to an Affiliate, which new parents may apply at first-time checkout.
“Platform” — The ClassAtHome website (classathome.co) and all associated digital tools and systems.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
To register with ClassAtHome, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Be the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) you are enrolling.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information has been provided.
One parent account may enrol multiple children. Each child is treated as a separate enrolment for billing purposes.

4. SERVICES OFFERED
ClassAtHome provides the following educational services:
Extra Classes — Supplementary online lessons for children in Lower Primary, Upper Primary, and Junior High School (JHS) levels, delivered live via Microsoft Teams.
Homeschool Support — Structured academic support for parents who homeschool their children, providing curriculum guidance, live instruction, and educational resources.
All sessions are conducted by qualified educators appointed by ClassAtHome. Class schedules, session formats, and delivery methods may be updated from time to time and will be communicated to enrolled parents via WhatsApp or email.
Service Availability: ClassAtHome services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We reserve the right to reschedule, substitute, or cancel individual sessions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including public holidays, instructor unavailability, or technical issues. Make-up sessions will be offered where reasonably practicable.

5. FEES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
Standard Monthly Rate: GHS 300.00 per child, per month.
Quarterly Payment Option: Parents who elect to pay for 3 months upfront qualify for a discounted rate. The applicable discount will be communicated at the time of checkout.
Multi-Child Discount: Families enrolling 3 or more children may be eligible for a reduced per-child rate. Contact us at info@classathome.co to enquire about current multi-child pricing.
Billing Cycle: The ClassAtHome monthly billing period begins on the 25th of each calendar month. All active subscriptions are renewed and billed on the 25th.
Prorated First Payment: If a parent joins and makes their first payment before the 25th of the month, their initial payment will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the current billing period. From the following 25th onwards, the full monthly rate applies. This ensures all accounts align to the same billing date.
Example: A parent who joins on the 10th of the month will be charged for 15 days (the 10th to the 25th) at the daily rate derived from the monthly fee, then billed the full monthly amount on the 25th.
All fees are quoted and payable in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payments are processed securely through Hubtel, our authorised payment gateway. ClassAtHome does not store card or mobile money details on its servers.
Payment Due Dates: Monthly fees are due on the 25th of each month. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of access to classes until the outstanding balance is settled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending access.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any fee increase via email or WhatsApp before the new rate takes effect.

6. REFUND POLICY
7-Day Partial Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment date. We will refund 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative processing and marketing costs incurred in onboarding your account.
The following conditions apply to all refund requests:
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@classathome.co within 7 calendar days of the initial payment date.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of the approved request.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
• Only first-time payments are eligible for refund consideration. Subsequent monthly or quarterly payments are non-refundable.
• If a referral coupon discount was applied at checkout, the refund will be calculated on the amount actually paid, not the pre-discount amount.
• Prorated first payments are subject to the same 7-day refund policy. The 50% refund applies to the prorated amount actually charged.
After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window has elapsed. By continuing to use ClassAtHome services beyond this period, you acknowledge that all payments made are final and non-refundable.

7. AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
The ClassAtHome Affiliate Programme allows current, active paying parents to earn subscription discounts by referring other families to our service. The programme is built on genuine word-of-mouth and is available exclusively to parents who are themselves enrolled and paying for ClassAtHome services.
How the Programme Works:
When you are an active paying parent, you may request a personal Referral Code from the ClassAtHome team. This code is unique to you.
• A new parent applies your Referral Code at their first checkout and receives an instant GHS 50 discount on their first payment.
• You, as the referring Affiliate, receive a GHS 50 discount applied to your own ClassAtHome subscription the following month.
• There is no monetary payout — all rewards are subscription discounts only. Discounts cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
• Each new parent you refer who completes their first payment earns you one GHS 50 discount credit for the following month.
• Multiple referrals in a single month accumulate — refer 3 new paying parents in June, and you receive GHS 150 off your July subscription.
• Affiliate discounts apply to your own monthly or quarterly subscription bill and will be deducted automatically from the amount due on the 25th of the following month.
Affiliate status is contingent on maintaining an active, paid ClassAtHome subscription. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your Referral Code will be deactivated and any pending discount credits will be forfeited.
The Affiliate Programme is strictly for current paying parents. It is designed to reward honest, personal recommendations within our community. It is not a commercial partnership, agency arrangement, or income-generating scheme.

8. REFERRAL CODE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
The following rules govern the use of Referral Codes on the ClassAtHome platform. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the programme and ensure fairness for all participants.
First Payment Only: Referral Codes may only be applied to a parent’s very first payment with ClassAtHome. They cannot be applied to subsequent monthly or quarterly payments under any circumstances.
One Code Per Parent, Ever: Each parent account may use only one Referral Code across their entire lifetime as a ClassAtHome customer. Using a code on your first payment permanently disqualifies your account from using any other code in the future. If a parent is sent multiple referral codes from different affiliates, only one may be used, and only once.
One Code Per Checkout: Only one Referral Code may be applied per transaction. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
New Parents Only: Referral Codes are strictly for parents who have never previously paid for ClassAtHome services. Existing or previously enrolled parents are not eligible to use a Referral Code, even if re-enrolling after a period of inactivity.
Affiliate Eligibility: Only current, active paying parents may hold and share a Referral Code. Referral Codes will not be issued to individuals who are not themselves enrolled paying subscribers.
No Cash Equivalent: Referral discounts have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or applied to any service outside of ClassAtHome subscriptions.
Honest Referrals Only: The Affiliate Programme is built on authentic personal recommendation. Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or using codes in a deceptive manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your Affiliate status and account, with no refund.
Code Validity: ClassAtHome reserves the right to deactivate any Referral Code at any time, with or without notice, particularly where misuse is suspected.
Enforcement: All coupon eligibility checks are enforced automatically by our platform at the point of payment. Attempts to circumvent these rules — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

9. PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By enrolling your child with ClassAtHome, you agree to:
• Ensure your child has access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) for online sessions.
• Ensure Microsoft Teams is installed and set up on your child’s device prior to the commencement of classes.
• Supervise your child’s participation in online classes as appropriate to their age and maturity.
• Notify ClassAtHome promptly if your child will be absent from a scheduled session.
• Treat our educators and administrative staff with respect across all communication channels.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All educational content, lesson materials, worksheets, recordings, schedules, branding, and other materials produced or provided by ClassAtHome are the exclusive intellectual property of Kekeli Buckner Agency and Blossom Kids LBG.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, upload, or otherwise exploit any ClassAtHome materials without prior written permission from us. This includes, but is not limited to, recording live sessions, sharing lesson materials publicly, or using our content for commercial purposes.
Permitted use: Materials are licensed to enrolled families for personal, non-commercial educational use only, for the duration of an active subscription.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
ClassAtHome collects and processes personal data including parent names, email addresses, phone numbers, and children’s names and class levels for the purposes of delivering our educational services, processing payments, and communicating with you about your enrolment.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except as required to process payments (via Hubtel) or as required by Ghanaian law.
By registering, you consent to our use of WhatsApp and email as primary communication channels for service-related notifications, class updates, and administrative messages.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@classathome.co. Note that deleting your data will result in the closure of your account and loss of access to all ClassAtHome services.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ClassAtHome, Kekeli Buckner Agency, and Blossom Kids LBG shall not be liable for:
• Any interruption to services caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, platform downtime, or acts of God.
• Any loss of educational progress, examination results, or academic outcomes resulting from participation in or absence from ClassAtHome sessions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
• Any technical issues arising from a parent’s or student’s own device, internet connection, or third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. TERMINATION
By You: You may cancel your ClassAtHome subscription at any time by contacting us at info@classathome.co. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (the 25th of the month). No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a paid period, except where the 7-day refund window applies.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you:
• Breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or educators.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Misuse the Affiliate Programme or Referral Code system.
• Fail to make payment for two or more consecutive billing periods.
In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for fees already paid.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with applicable Ghanaian law. Both parties agree to bear their own costs in any such proceedings, unless otherwise ordered.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled parents via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
